The items in the collection are less about producing forms and more about exploring simple structural designs where elements work together, and are designed with the principle of being demountable and reassemblable.
Plus Lamp addresses this approach at the lighting scale. The design is based on the relationship between translucent layers that create a vertical rhythm and the supporting system that organizes these layers. Instead of directly emitting light, the layered body softens it by filtering it; light passes through the gaps between the surfaces, making both the internal organization of the object and the volume it creates in space visible.
Manufactured using industrial production techniques, Plus Lamp features a portable and demountable design. Minor surface marks that may appear during use are not defects, but rather a part of the material's natural character and its evolving history over time.
