Delivery

If the Buyer fails to pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

For local orders (Turkey), delivery costs are covered by 301 Design Studio unless otherwise stated for certain products.

301 Design Studio carefully selects your products, packs them securely to prevent damage, and delivers them to shipping/cargo companies or delivers them using its own vehicle. Products that are damaged during the transfer phase should not be accepted, and a damage report must be prepared with the shipping company. After the damage report of the unaccepted product is sent to us by the Buyer, a new product will be delivered as soon as possible.

The delivery costs of products ordered from abroad (outside Turkey) are covered by the Buyer.

If products ordered from abroad (outside Turkey) are received damaged or faulty, the Buyer must inform both the Seller and the carrier shipping company with detailed images within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of receipt. The Buyer is responsible for carrying out the necessary inspections.

Order Cancellation

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to the Buyer or to the person/organization at the specified address, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, by rejecting the goods. Except for legal exceptions, the costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the Seller. Products that are custom-made in terms of size, color, or other specifications are excluded from this right.

In the event of force majeure circumstances that the Seller cannot foresee and which prevent the timely delivery of the product, the Buyer will be notified. In such cases, the Buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the Buyer has made the payment by credit card and requests cancellation, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days following the cancellation.

Returns

The Buyer may return the received product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without unpacking, using, or damaging it.

Before returning the product, the Buyer must send an e-mail to info@301designstudio.com , including the invoice number, order number, and the reason for return.

Once the return request is received, 301 Design Studio will contact the Buyer and provide instructions for the return process. The invoice issued in the Buyer's name must be sent back together with the product. The refund amount will be transferred to the Buyer's credit card or bank account within a maximum of 14 days after the return is received.

The return shipping costs for products ordered from abroad (outside Turkey) are covered by the Buyer.
